Procedure 1
Place the elastic bra around the waist with the backside turned frontways.
Hold the bra on the weak side with the weight of the affected arm.
In case of amputation, try to use the support of the wall while pressing the bra on the ribs.
Grab the other side of the strap with the hand and put it around the waist.
Place the hooks close to the wall so that there is no movement of the bra and for a successful strapping on the hooks.
Then simply spin it around to position it and put it over the shoulders with the arm and the job is done.
